I moderated an incredible panel on the topic "Connecting the Past to the Future: The Role of Storytelling in Achieving Equity", organized by the Global Alliance for Behavioral Health and Social Justice.
Dr. Yewande Addie, Dr. Alisha Ali, Dr. Brenda K. Manuelito and Dr. Matthew J. Miller offered keen insights and the conversation was engaging and thought-provoking. I learned so much from this panel about the different ways that storytelling plays a role in advancing equity and justice, especially for populations who have been marginalized.
