Hi there, I'm Nadha.

Hello there!

I'm Nadha Hassen and I'm currently a PhD candidate doing different things at the intersections of public health x equity x public space.

I try to bridge research, advocacy, practice and have recently had more people interested in how I do this. I've also been living with chronic illnesses for several years and have shared my story and process through writing, doing workshops and sharing resources.

For the longest time, I've kept these areas of my life separate, but they aren't. My daily realities and those of the people around me inform my research interests and my community ties inspire my scholarly pursuits.

  • Research (Questioning): articles, evidence, knowledge of all kinds
  • Lived Experiences (Being): stories, art, community, connections
  • Practice & Action (Doing): curated resources, advocacy, workshops
I'm going to be sharing some of my work in these areas alongside curating resources that hopefully add value. I have a few different projects in the works and if you're interested in learning more and keeping in touch, feel free to follow along by signing up below.
I'll never sell your info, I dislike spam too and you can unsubscribe anytime with no hard feelings.
